Randall Frederick, Campus Minister
Randall Frederick joins NOLA Wesley as Campus Minister after 12 years as an instructor at Southeastern and BRCC. He graduated from Fuller Seminary in ’14 and will start Perkins Seminary in Spring ’27 as he pursues ordination with the United Methodist Church. Having worked with schools, churches (including Rayne UMC close to campus!), and student organizations for most of his life, he wants people to know they matter. Their ideas matter. And every day is a chance to make the world better for someone else.
Carrie Stuckwisch (she/her), Co-Director and Labyrinth Café Manager
Carrie joined the NOLA Wesley team in August 2021. Since then, she has used her vision to transform the Labyrinth Café into a space for studying, affordable lunch, and seeing friendly faces. Her dedication has allowed the customer and staff community to grow exponentially, with more students learning about the café every semester. Carrie is also an active member of Rayne UMC, as well as a classically trained chef. Come in and try one of her yummy recipes Monday-Saturday!
